When people finally realize how awesome Liz and Valerie are and start giving them money for it, they may have to move here. So it's not really Hobbiton, or even New Zealand--it's still pretty cool looking. And you know that no matter what, you're surrounded by people who love LotR as much as you do. Possibly more.
